1. the phase of the SUNRISE period begins 7. 12.2005, and ends at 6. 2.2006.
All requests to the domain of the EU which should vyplněnu 1. phase of the SUNRISE period and have been made and paid before the 7. 12. will be sent to the registry (EURid) in the shortest time possible after the official opening of the registrations. Applications submitted after the 7. 12. will be sent to the registry after payment of registration fees.
When submitting requests for SUNRISE period, each applicant to choose the person who will supply documentation for verification. The documentation can deliver the applicant, the Registrar or a third party.
Documents to verify the applicant shall supply the
Customers who send the documentation to verify that the request to the registry alone, therefore, did not receive the service ASSISTANCE after dispatch of the request, the Registrar confirming e-mail from the registry.
Confirmation email is sent to the future owner of the domain and contains the following information:
- the domain name
- date and time of receipt of the application
- serial number of the application for a domain name (position)
- time limit in which must be delivered documentation for validation; According to the rules provided for 40 days from the submission of the application.
- a reference to the cover letter to download in PDF format, which will be annexed to the documentation
- the code of the application
Before sending the documentation we recommend a thorough review of the rules for the SUNRISE period, which are available on the website of the EUROid in the Czech version HERE (PDF). Any error in the documentation will lead to application!
The Register also be sent to the owners of the information on the receipt of the documents and verification, or unauthenticated requests.
Documents to verify the Registrar shall supply-service ASSISTANCE
Customers who chose the service ASSISTANCE, will receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt of the request from the system of EURid with the following information:
- Domain Name:
- Date and time of receipt of your request:
- The date of the adoption of the latest písemního of proof:
- The position of your request in the series:
Further customers during the verification period will receive information about the ev. verification of the documents and the registration of the domain or the disposal of the request.
Documents to verify the deliver third party
If the customer has chosen a third party for the supply of dokumetace, he had to also fill in the e-mail, to which the confirmation message comes from the registry. The third party then sends documents to verify the location of the applicant.
Requirements for the dossier to the application for a domain name during the Sunrise period
- only the classic format A4 or letter
- printed only on one side of white paper
- all of the pages in the language, which has been placed in the request
- in the case of postal consignments only one opaque envelope
- numbered and initialled individual pages sorted so that they start number 1 (not including cover letter)
- each page must not be tied, glued, assembled or otherwise United
- must not be in any way přehýbána
- It must be in a State where it can be zdigitalizovat (scan) and the result will be readable
- After printing may not be retušována or otherwise adjusted
