Creation of contact
If you wish to change a holder of the domain or change an administrative contact, and a contact ID is not generated, you can use our tool for registration of contact:
Creation a new contact is possible on site www.regzone.cz Settings -> Table .CZ Domain -> Create new contact
The form contains the following items:
- Identificator - Name of contact. Must be unique in whole database of CZ domains. It can by surname,name or company abbreviation.
- Name and Surname: - Person, owner of contact.
- Organization: - Name of company, organization. If is the contact created for individuals is not this item filled.
- Street: - Address of organization, owner of contact.
- City: -Address of organization, owner of contact.
- Postcode: - Postcode.
- Province: - Eg. in State USA is a province California
- State: - State
- VAT number: - Vat is tax identification number, if a natural person may give personal ID
- Phone number: - Example of format: +420.123456
- Fax: - Example of format: +420.123456
- E-mail: -E-mail of contact owner. All the passwords for requirements authorization are sent to this e-mail address.
- E-mail for notification: - E-mail for notification is used for sending of information from CZ.NIC about any operations with contact. It is not for sending authorization passwords!
- Identificator: - Identificator is used for exact determination of contact owner and administrator
- Contact password: - Authorization password stored in CZ.NIC organiziation. It is used for possible change of contact registrar.It is usually generated by CZ.NIC. If you wish to set your own password fill it.
Once you have completed all information, click on "Create". On the next page you will see the final report with the success of newly created contact according to your specifications.

Generated contact can be used not only as an owner of domain or administrative contact, but also as a technical contact of nsset.
