Microsoft Outlook Express 6
How to set a program for receiving mail. The pictures originate from the Czech localization of Microsoft Outlook Express version 6. For IMAP protocol settings, use the same procedure as in the case of the POP3 Protocol, only in your e-mail client, select the type of connection-IMAP.
- When you first run the mail program Microsoft Outlook Express dialog appears the Internet Connection Wizard . If the application was started before, it is possible to invoke a Wizard dialog from the Tools menu item Accounts, Add e-mail account.
In the field Name: enter your first name and surname or company name. As follows the specified item would later prove to be the sender's name in your e-mail.
Press the button Next.

In the e-mail address: enter the format of their e-mail addresses (including ATS, domains, and terminals).
Press the button Next.
As the incoming mail Server Type select POP3
In the incoming mail Server (POP3, IMAP, or HTTP): enter the pop3. name-domeny.
In the outgoing mail Server (SMTP): enter the smtp name-domeny.
Press the button Next.

In the account name: type your e-mail address (completely, including ATS, domains, and terminals).
In the Password: Please enter a valid password to your e-mail account.
If you checked Remember password option will not ask Outlook to each inspection post at these data no longer ask questions.
Press the button Next.

- Press Finish.

- From the menu choose Tools, Accounts, click on Your newly created email account and subsequently select button Properties.

- A dialog will appear Properties. Choose bookmark Sites.

- Select My Server requires authentication , and all other options leave as they are in the picture.
Click OK , and then click Close.

- Account settings have been successfully completed, and Your newly created email account is correctly configured for the receive and send e-mail. Congratulations.
