Requirements for the dossier to the application for a domain name during the Sunrise period
After you submit payment requests to the Registrar EURid is an applicant for a domain name shall be accompanied by documentation certifying the justification of the request. The documentation is need to deliver within 40 days , to the validation agent (PriceWaterhouseCoopers Belgium). Written evidence must be sent by regular mail, registered mail or with advice of delivery or courier.
In the case of election services ASSISTANCE is necessary to deliver the documents within 30 days to the Registrar, ZONER software, which then will provide a validation agent electronically. The time for the delivery of documents to the Registrar is shorter due to the necessary processing of documentation prior to the dispatch.
Written evidence must meet the following requirements

- (i) každá Žádost musí být doplněna jedním (1) souborem Písemných důkazů; je nepřípustné kombinovat různé sady Písemných důkazů pro různé Žádosti v jednom balíčku nebo obálce;
- (ii) velikost listů papíru musí být ve formátu DIN A4 (29,7 cm x 21 cm) nebo dopis (27,94 cm x 21,59 cm);
- (iii) dokumenty musí být vytištěny na neprůsvitném bílém papíru;
- (iv) stránky musejí být postupně číslovány, počínaje stranou č. 1, Průvodní dopis v to nepočítaje;
- (v) papír může být potištěn pouze po jedné straně;
- (vi) při skenování musí být dokumenty čitelné pro člověka;
- (vii) Písemné důkazy se nesmějí být retušovány nebo jinak pozměneny;
- (viii) listy papíru nesmějí být přehnuté, sešité nebo jinak vzájemně spojené.
Any violation of these rules will result in immediate disposal! The validation agent will be převděpodobně to process thousands of applications and will not have time for any delay in the validation.
