A public folder

The public folder is used to provide users access to one mail from multiple e-mail accounts in that domain. Multiple users can e-mail folder together, informing them which is common only for expensive corporate solutions of electronic mail. Shared folder after folder works the same as the other, but its contents can see both users.

In the next screen you have the option already set a specific mailbox within that domain, which will have access to the selected folder. At the same time nastavite permissions for mailbox set-read-only, or with the law.

If you want the selected folder available in bulk for all mailbox in that domain, use the menu on the check in the lower part. Here you select only specific permissions to the folder. Tag Read/Unread in the assigned folder, mail remembers individually, so that users can vary.
