The registration of domain names

Long-term ownership of some of the national domains (e.g. interval. cz) or international domains, second order (e.g. domains com, net) and operation of the Web presentation can be considered a trade mark with the rights of OTHER or as a business identifier with the type of COMP-ID (depending on the method of interpretation and presented documentation). According to the rules, however, the registration of the entire name, including a top-level suffixes. Thus for example. intervalcz. in addition, according to the statement, the eu. EURid is not the Web address to be sufficient evidence to obtain the domain.

5. DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE for TRADE NAMES and commercial NAMES IDENTIFICATION

If it is not in annex 1 to these rules unless otherwise noted, all for trade names, and Trade names of the identification referred to in section 16 of the 2, and section 16 of the 3 to submit the following documentary evidence:

Documentary evidence for trade name or business name of the identification must clearly indicate that the name for which the prior right is applicable, the trade name or business identifier of the applicant.

Paragraph 5.
If an applicant claims a prior right to a name that contains an Internet top-level domain (such as, inter alia, .com, .net or. eu), includes full name, to which the prior right exists, this domain suffix.
