The registration of names and surnames
Whereas, in the Czech Republic or SLOVAKIA is not protected by the use of names and surnames, it is not possible to register a domain name in the 2. phase of the SUNRISE period on the basis of the Native worksheet and select a prior right, the "other".
His own name is, however, possible to register on the basis of the rules on the registration of the trade name. This option, for example, are SELF-EMPLOYED (see names of companies-s.r.o., A.S., SELF-EMPLOYED)

1. If an applicant claims a prior right to a name on the basis of the trade name, business ID, company name or name that corresponds to the last, in its request, select the type of prior right "trade name, business identification name or name of the company" and must prove the existence of such prior right in accordance with sections 16 (1). 4 and 16 of the 5.
2. If an applicant claims a prior right to a name based on its name, if it is protected by the Member State in which he is resident shall, in its request, select the type of prior right, the "other" and must demonstrate the existence of such prior right in accordance with sections 12 (12). 1 or 2 of these rules.
