Request forwarding and request status check
If you wish to forward the request form again or just want to know it's status, visit our website www.regzone.cz
and go to section Settings.
Each update request can be searched in it's special section. If you want to check status of owner change or another domain update, use section
Find out state of domain update,
for contact update use Find out state of contact update , etc.
To search your update request input:
- Identifier: domain name (for example: zoner.cz) or contact ID (for example: SB:SUB-SUBJEKT), which is involved in current update.
- Code of adjustment: special code which has been assigned to your update (for example 806D5769).
Once update request is found, you can see it's details:
- Who did entered request
- Who did authorized request
- Request's status
If request was not cancelled, you can confirm this update request using contact's authorization code or you can forward it
using button "Continue".
Important notice:
If you don't know specific code of your update request, contact our helpdesk. Operators will find the code for you or just simply forward the request form.
