A request for a domain name during one of the Sunrise period must be specified exactly right, on the basis of which the request will be validated. The application, which will have the wrong the right will be discarded, although according to other rights could be validated!
The type of rights is specified at the submission of the online registration of domain names.
Types of rights during the 1. phase
- PUBLICBODY
The application of State and public institutions, which shall be validated by the GVP. - REG-TM-NAT
The application on the basis of a national trade mark in the context of the individual Member States of the EU. - REG-TM-COM-INTL
The application on the basis of international trade marks recognised in the EU. - GEO-DOO
The application on the basis of the "protection of national origin-PDO/PGI
Types of rights during the 2. phase
- the same types as for the 1. phase
- COMP-ID
Application for company name, business name, business identification. - UNREG-TM
Request for unregistered trade marks. - TITLES-ART
Applications for the Arts names such as films, books, characters, ... - OTHER
All of the other applications which may be authorised on the basis of national rights or of the Sunrise rules and does not fall into the above categories. Registration of names and surnames falls under dotéto categories.
