Domain disputes
If you believe that any of the registered domains registered wrongly, you can submit an application to the Tribunal. To resolve disputes about domains TLD was selected the Czech Arbitration Court in economic and Agrarian Chamber is based in Prague.
Decision making takes place on the basis of the rules of the ADR (alternative dispute resolution).
