Changing nameservers of .gTLD domains

Customers may request a change of nameservers for their.COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .BIZ domains via an email that is sent from the email adress that is set as the contact adress of their customer's account.
The email request has to be sent to admin@zoner.com. The request should contain the name of the domain to which should the new nameservers be assigned, and as well the adresses of the nameservers to be set.
